1. SHIPPING COST

SOLÉI applies the following shipping fees for all online orders:

  • Within Ho Chi Minh City: 20.000 VND

  • Outside Ho Chi Minh City:25.000 VND

  • Other Provinces: ​ 45.000 VND

 

2. DELIVERY TIME

The estimate delivery time varies due to occasions:

• Within Ho Chi Minh City: 1-2 working days.
• Outside Ho Chi Minh City: 2-3 working days.
• Other Provinces: 2-3 working days.

After receiving Order Confirmation from SOLÉI Team, please keep an eye on your phone as our shippers will shortly contact and deliver packages to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 EXCHANGE POLICY

 

1. Are online purchased merchandises eligible for Exchange?

Yes. SOLÉI allows customers to exchange purchased merchandises only 1 TIME within 15 DAYS after you received the package. Please kindly contact our Online team via Instagram @soleiiofficial or Facebook for further advice.

2. What are the conditions for exchanging items?

• Item(s) that bears manufacturing defects, including: (1) Seams and stitching errors, (2) button damage, (3) defective fabric, (4) Thread out.

• Item(s) that meets the following 5 conditions: (1) unworn, (2) odorless, (3) clean, (4) have not been deformed and scratched, (5) intact of tag and invoice.

• Item(s) purchased via discount coupons or promotional programs cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Our exchange & return policy does not apply to swimwear items & accessories (shoes, hats, bags, jewellery, towels, scrunchies...).

3. Can I exchange to different items?

You can only exchange item(s) to those with the same or higher price. The cost difference is at your own expense.

4. How is the shipping fee for exchanging items?

SOLÉI will cover the 2-way shipping cost for returning manufacturing defective products. For other reasons, the 2-way shipping costs are at your expenses.

5. Are online purchases eligible to exchange at SOLÉI's store?

No. For online purchases, SOLÉI Online Team will directly assist you. We will not resolve any in-store requests for Exchange & Return regarding Online Orders.

• Item(s) that bears manufacturing defects, including: (1) Seams and stitching errors, (2) button damage, (3) defective fabric, (4) Thread out.

4. How long does the refund take?

You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-15 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.

5. Are online purchases eligible to return at SOLÉI's store?

No. For online purchases, SOLÉI Online Team will directly assist you. We will not resolve any in-store requests for Exchange & Return regarding Online Orders.
